Bihar Staff selection Commission is one of the sub division of the Staff Selection Commissions of India. The Staff Selection Commission of India has spread its various branches across the country. Thus we can say almost for every state of the country this commission has been formed. So is the branch named is the Bihar Staff selection Commission, in short BSSC. This selection commission is formed for the state of Bihar. BSSC provides the job opportunities at the state level for the job seeking candidates in Bihar state. The commission was officially formed many years ago and since then they are bringing up new job opportunities for the state.

For every year or we can say for every new session this commission comes forward with the new job opportunities. BSSC gives the opportunity to all the unemployed citizens of the state to work in any of the state government department. Previously BSSC was all set to organize the Inter Level – 1 Preliminary exam for various posts in different state government departments but due to some reasons they were unable to commence the exam successfully and the exam was postponed. This Inter Level – 1 Preliminary exam was organized to recruit the new 14000 employees in the various government departments of the state. These 14000 seats were available for the posts such as Sub – Inspector, Forest Guard, Stenographer, Assistant, Typing Assistant, Senior Instructor, Panchayat Sachiv, Assistant Urdu Translator, Revenue Staff, Clerk, Junior Assistant, Junior Accounting Clerk and many more.

Over a massive amount of application forms were received for this preliminary exam. But as mentioned the preliminary examination was delayed. But now recently the Bihar Staff selection Commission has announced that this exam will conducted shortly in the state. BSSC is now all set to release the official admit cards to all the applied contenders for this preliminary exam. The admit cards for this Inter level – 1 Exam will be uploaded on the official web link of BSSC and all the candidates of the state who has applied for this exam can download their respective admit cards from the site. The method to get the admit cards from the site is described below.

– log on to the link www.bssc.bih.nic.in.

– over the home page, on the left side there will be a examination section, click on that.

– under the examination section select the link for Inter Level – 1 Preliminary Exam.

– after that click on the most appropriate link for the admit cards 2016 – 17.

– put on the info required on the screen such as application form number etc.

– after the submission of the details, the admit card will appear on the screen.

– download the admit card file and save it.

– don’t forget to take a print out of the admit card with you as it will be needed in future.

The date for the Inter level – 1 Preliminary exam will be mentioned on the admit card itself, along with some other mandatory information as the candidates roll number, exam venue, name of the exam center / hall etc. So it is compulsory for all the candidates who wish to participate in this exam, to download their respective admit cards from the site. The admit cards will also be checked by the invigilator of the exam in the examination hall and if in any case any of the candidates is without it, he / she will be disqualified. So make sure to come to the exam hall with your respective admit card.
